Lori Maust, CPA
Lori has 23 years of experience in public accounting, including thirteen years of audit and tax experience in the condominium and homeowner's association industry. Her additional audit experience includes managing audits of small to medium sized privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Washington University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999.
Rhonda Guethe - Auditor
Rhonda has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field, with 9 years as a senior lead accountant at a property management company based in Arizona. During her time there, she provided leadership to the accounting department and has been on the other side of many Association audits.
Dylan Maust - Audit Support
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Business Analytics from Western Washington University. His experience is in accounting and digital marketing.
