Lori has 23 years of experience in public accounting, including thirteen years of audit and tax experience in the condominium and homeowner's association industry.  Her additional audit experience includes managing audits of small to medium sized privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.  

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Washington University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999. 

 Rhonda has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field, with 9 years as a senior lead accountant at a property management company based in Arizona.   During her time there, she provided leadership to the accounting department and has been on the other side of many Association audits. 

Samantha has 12 years of experience in the accounting field including keeping the books for several HOAs, as a senior accountant at a property management firm, and working closely with CPAs and CEOs alike, assuring fine detail when it comes to financial statements and the auditing process. 

Ingrid is a seasoned CPA with diverse contract accounting experience with privately held businesses. Her expertise includes financial reporting and tax planning and compliance.
